Kim Bremner (MA, RCT-C)
I work with adults navigating trauma, childhood wounds, anxiety, depression, and addiction. My approach draws from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy and Internal Family Systems to help clients reconnect with and heal those deep inner parts of themselves carrying pain. My ability to hold space for others comes not only from training but also from lived experience. Healing doesn’t require perfection, just the courage to begin. You’re not broken; you’re carrying pain that deserves care and compassion.
